Deep Dive Meeting
We schedule an in-depth meeting to discuss your investment process, portfolio construction, sourcing of alpha, and operational requirements in detail.
Due Diligence
Our team conducts comprehensive due diligence, including background checks, reference calls, and detailed analysis of your historical performance and risk metrics.
Terms Negotiation
We work together to agree on the commercial terms of the partnership, including fee structures, revenue sharing, and platform services to be provided.
Fund Structuring
Our legal and structuring team designs the optimal fund vehicle(s) for your strategy, considering investor requirements, tax efficiency, and regulatory considerations.
Platform Onboarding
We set up all technology, operations, compliance, and reporting infrastructure. This includes trading systems, risk platforms, compliance monitoring, and investor portals.
Fund Launch
Your fund is launched and ready to accept investor capital. Our distribution team begins marketing to our network of institutional investors while you focus on investing.
